This position serve as liaison between the dealership and HR Central. It is primarily responsible for the preliminary screening, selection and placement of applicants, as well as the coordination of the required services relative to benefits, employee relations programs for the assigned dealership.

Qualifications:

-          Preferably a graduate of Behavioral Science or any related course

-          With at least 2 years experience in HR-related work

-          Above average written and oral communication skills

-          With good interpersonal, counseling , interviewing & project management skills

-          Candidate must be service-and results-oriented, approachable and can function well under pressure.
